Snow Poetry #3

OK.  This is my last day of snow poem revision …….Today I’m going to try using some alliteration….Let’s see how this goes!

Snowy Spring

The month says its March.

Robins should return.

and dewdrops should dance.

But no.

Not Now.

The sun should shine.

The temperature should turn.

But no.

Not now.

The grass should grow green.

The chickadees should chirp.

But no.

Not now.

The snow just keeps snowing.

It seems so simple, I might not have even noticed the alliteration, but it works. I actually like the whole first section (five lines). You could have stopped there…says the guy who NEVER knows when to stop his writing.
